How pricing works

What sets tuition

Tuition depends on the age group, the class length and whether you join a weekday class or the Saturday family class. We give you the figures in writing when you try a class, and we are glad to talk them through on the phone.

Registration

A yearly registration holds your family's place in the program and starts your file. It is due when you join your first session, and one registration covers every child in the family.

Holding a place

Your child's weekly class is held for you once you register for a session. When a class is full we keep a waitlist for each age group and offer places by email, in the order families asked.

Billing

Tuition is billed once a session, by autopay online or at the front desk. A session runs eight weeks, with a break between sessions.

Siblings

The Saturday family class lets children of different ages share one place. Ask us when you register and we will explain, in writing, how it works for your family.

Withdrawing

Tell us a month before your last class, by email or at the front desk. We will explain what happens to a session in progress.

Missed classes and make-ups

If you miss a class, tell us and we will offer a make-up in another class for the same age when there is room, within the same session. Saturday family classes are not made up.
